15 weeks!

HOW BIG IS BABY? 4 INCHES & 2.5 OZ – ABOUT THE SIZE OF A NAVEL ORANGE

DEVELOPMENT: BABY IS NOW ABLE TO RUB ITS EYES, YAWN AND EVEN BLINK! HIS/HER HAIRLINE IS FORMING AND HAIR IS STARTING TO GROW ON THEIR HEAD, EVEN THE EYEBROWS AND THE EYELASHES ARE GROWING. BABY IS HICCUPING REGULARLY, ALTHOUGH THERE IS NO SOUND SINCE BABYS WINDPIPE IS FULL OF FLUID AT THIS STAGE. BABY CAN ALSO BEGIN TO HEAR SOME SOUND NOW.

SLEEP: SLEEP HAS BEEN PRETTY GOOD SO FAR. CURLY (MY DOG WHO IS 7 LBS) ALWAYS SNUGGLES MY TUMMY WHILE A SLEEP AND IT IS SO SWEET.

MISSING: BEING ABLE TO GO ON NICE LONG RUNS, AND FEELING GOOD ENOUGH TO GO TO THE GYM EVERY DAY.

CRAVING: THIS WEEK I HAVEN’T REALLY HAD ANY CRAVINGS AT ALL. TO BE HONEST, EATING ENOUGH HAS BEEN A STRUGGLE FOR ME LATELY, I NEED TO WORK ON THAT.

FEELING: WELL, LAST WEDNESDAY I WOKE UP AND I FELT GREAT AND ALL THE WAY UP TO SATURDAY I DIDN’T REALLY FEEL SICK AT ALL. THEN ON SUNDAY, I WAS FEELING A LITTLE SICK AND MONDAY WAS THE WORST! I THREW UP AGAIN! AND FOR ME TO THROW UP TAKES A LOT, EVEN WHEN I FEEL MY WORST I CAN’T MAKE MYSELF THROW UP, SO WHEN I DO IT’S BAD. I WAS SICK AGAIN TODAY BUT NOT AS BAD, SO I’M HOPING THAT I WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL AGAIN.

GENDER: WE FIND OUT NEXT WEEKEND!

BEST MOMENT OF THE WEEK: HALLOWEEN PARTIES! AND DRESSING UP AS AN OLD COUPLE AND MESSING WITH PEOPLE.

LOOKING FORWARD TO: FINDING OUT WHAT THE GENDER OF OUR SWEET LITTLE BABY IS GOING TO BE!

Now I’m going to apologize in advance for the picture overload, but this is more for my journaling to look back on a few years from now. But this past weekend was a very fun and memorable one. On Friday, Cory had his dental school halloween party and we dressed up like bats. Cory was batman and I was just a plain old bat, we went with two of our other couple friends were a deer and a hunter and a spider and fly. The party was at Mad River Restaurant/bar and we ate and socialized for a bit and then we went over to one of our favorite dessert spots, Kaminsky’s and got some yummy hot chocolate, and went back to our house to watch Hocus Pokus.

On Saturday, we went to our church Trunk-or-Treat and we all dressed up as our future selves. It was pretty hilarious, Cory was in grandpa character the whole time and all the kids were either scared of him, teasing him or laughing at him. After the party we went to Ye Old Fashion Ice cream and Cory messed with one of the employees there in his old man character. I will try and post some of the videos I took, it was pretty funny. Afterwards we went to the Dawson’s house to watch a scary movie…we ended up watching Flowers in the Attic which was very depressing.
